Engineering-Construction Division

The Nashville District's Engineering and Construction Division is a provider of engineering, construction and technical services for the United States Army and other public agencies.  Our staff of more than 100 scientist, engineers, and technicians offers a full range of design, engineering, construction management, and technical assistance services.

We take pride in assisting the Nation in ensuring that its infrastructure is operating and useful for its intended purpose.   Our employees' selfless service has supported the Nation's contingency operations in Afghanistan and Iraq and emergency operations across the country.  Our list of accomplishments is long - but is currently highlighted by such projects as the Wolf Creek Dam Foundation Remediation Project; the Center Hill Dam Seepage Project; Chickamauga Lock Rehabilitation; and the Kentucky Lock Rehabilitation.  We are actively engaged in addressing regional water supply and water management issues that could potentially have significant economic repercussions if not addressed in a holistic manner.  We are currently assisting our Operations Division in the modernization of the District's hydroelectric plants.

We take from all these experiences, the ability to execute work - whether it be the design of a simple pump to overseeing the refurbishment of the District's aging hydroelectric plants we have the resources and technical expertise to do the job.
