Navigation Notice 21-43: Southern Marine Construction Company is conducting site drilling at Cumberland River mile 124.7 for about one week during daylight hours beginning Oct. 18. They are using a 195-foot by 35-foot crane at the jobsite. Equipment is being mored during non-working hours at jobsite against right descending bank.
