The newly constructed Mooring Cells at Tennessee River Mile 303 are now open for use. The bottom bands have yet to be placed due to high water preventing the contractor from finishing. The contractor will return when the water levels drop to a safe level (date undetermined) to complete the work, at which time the cells will temporarily be taken out of service.
