    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 19, 2019) – Bringing kids to work is not just for kids anymore. Employees with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District just included spouses and parents in what is now being dubbed “Bring Your Family to Work Day.”

    Real estate officials recruit MTSU students to become public servants

    MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (Nov. 7, 2018) – Corps of Engineers real estate officials recruited Middle Tennessee State University students today to become public servants and stewards of public lands while touting career opportunities and benefits on campus.

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (March 30, 2018) – Some very accomplished employees in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District recently engineered “fun” learning activities for “Bring Your Kids to Work Day.”

    Parents ‘show and tell’ on ‘Take Your Kids to Work Day’

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 14, 2017) – Excited youngsters eagerly donned life jackets today for the chance to learn about navigation and water safety on board several Corps of Engineers boats docked on the Cumberland River at Music City’s Riverfront. Throughout the day they participated in lots of fun activities, learned about Nashville District operations and missions, and their parents did a lot of “show and tell” on “Take Your Kids to Work Day.”
