  • NR 12-009: Corps responds to Gaylord Entertainment lawsuit

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 30, 2012) – Although reported in the media, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District has not received official notice of a lawsuit to be filed by Gaylord Entertainment and the A.O. Smith Corporation. If and when the lawsuit is filed, the Corps will be represented by the Department of Justice and any further comment will come from DOJ.

(Jan. 19, 2012) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District is soliciting proposals for development and operation of a new commercial concession marina with related facilities and services at Rowena Landing South on Lake Cumberland in Russell County, just north of Albany, Ky.
