NR 22-17: Life Jackets Saves & Pays Day

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (July 7, 2022) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District is giving free entry to recreation areas to visitors who are water safety conscious.  Visit any of the Corps managed day use areas which normally charge an entry fee ($5.00) at the lakes listed below Saturday, July 16. All you must do is bring a lifejacket for each person present in the vehicle.

Once in the park, don't leave your lifejacket behind, WEAR IT!  The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers wants everyone to have fun on the water, but most importantly we want you to be safe!
