General Toy story culminates in Nashville District with legacy of 'Taking Care of People'
Maj. Gen. Mark Toy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Great Lakes and Ohio River Division commander, thanks members of the Nashville District for their support and service during his tenure leading the division during his last visit to the district at the Kentucky Lock Addition Project in Grand Rivers, Ky., June 4, 2019. The general relinquishes command next month and then moves on to his next assignment as the commander of the Mississippi Valley Division. The general urged employees to continue to focus on “Taking Care of People,” a staple of mission accomplishment and the Workforce Readiness Program during his command.
