Nashville District celebrates career of its top civilian leader
Col. James DeLapp (Left), former U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District commander and current commander of the Mobile District, presents Mike Wilson, deputy district engineer for Project Management, with a blueprint for the monolith that he designed at Bay Springs Lock on the Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway during a social event in Nashville, Tenn., March 31, 2017. The blueprint included Wilson's initials signed Aug. 12, 1981, a keepsake honoring Wilson on the day of his retirement after nearly 42 years of federal service.
