Tennessee Silver Jackets team focuses on flood risk management
Members of the Tennessee Silver Jackets team pose together at the National Flood Risk Management Workshop held in St. Louis, Mo., Feb. 27 - March 3, 2017. The workshop unified the interagency flood risk management team across the United States. Participants shared flood risk management success stories from across the country while enhancing the interagency capability to deliver integrated and adaptive approaches. Representing Tennessee at the workshop from left to right are Richard Flood (U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency Region IV), Kristen Martinenza (FEMA Region IV), Glenn Carrin (National Weather Service at Morristown, Tenn.), Lacey Thomason (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District), Roger Lindsey (Metro Nashville Water Services) and Shawn Phillips (USACE Memphis District).
