Groundbreaking kicks off Oak Ridge construction support building
Retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Frank G. Klotz, DOE undersecretary for Nuclear Security and National Nuclear Security Administration administrator, talks about how the partnership with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is an example of the federal government at its best and of the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense working very closely together during a groundbreaking ceremony Aug. 25, 2016 for the new Construction Support Building at the Y-12 National Security Complex. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District is managing the construction of the building.
