Officials say Lake Cumberland on the rise with barrier wall complete
Lt. Col. James A. DeLapp, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District commander, places a piece of a scale pile model cast of the Foundation Remediation Concrete pile that was cast from final barrier wall concrete placement on March 6, 2013 at a Completion Ceremony of rehabilitation work for the Wolf Creek at the Russell County schools Auditorium/Natatorium, April 19, 2013. The Wolf Creek Dam remediation project is considered a model project and the largest project of its kind in the world.
