Corps Distinguished Civilian Employees named at ceremony
Lt. Col. John Hudson, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District commander presents Avis Kennedy, a retired Nashville District employee the Distinguished Civilian Employees award at the Estes Kefauver Federal Building on Aug. 15, 2013. The award is presented to retired employees that have been retired for two or more years with at least 20 years of service and have displayed outstanding leadership with exception and preeminence among their peers and contributed substantially to the reputation and honor of the Corps of Engineers through their service.
