Smith Recreation Area

Martins Fork Lake has one recreational area. It is the Smith Recreation Area and Is managed by Harlan County Fiscal Courts. It offers swimming, boating, group shelters, basketball, and volleyball. Public bathrooms are also available but no drinking fountains are currently usable.
