Volunteering at Cordell Hull Lake
Cordell Hull Lake offers many volunteer opportunities in recreation and natural resource management. We are stewards of 38,000 acres of land and water held in the public trust. The wise use of these precious resources today and their conservation for tomorrow are important and critical responsibilities.
We need your help!! As a volunteer, you gain valuable skills, work outdoors, meet new people, see a new area of the country and achieve a proud sense of contributing to the future of the Nation.
Volunteers Can………
- Serve as a recreation area host
- Conduct interpretive programs
- Maintain facilities
- Volunteer in the visitor’s center
- Assist in the beautification of the lake
