Directions: From Smithville:  from the intersection of U.S. 70 & State Route 56, follow State Route 56 north (Cookeville Hwy) 9.5 miles, turn left at the sign for Floating Mill – Hurricane Marina. (The road will be the first left after passing the scenic overlook.) Follow signs to the park.

From I-40:  Exit 273, follow State Route 56 south 3.4 miles, turn right at the sign for Floating Mill Park / Hurricane Marina. Follow signs to the park.

From Smithville:  from the intersection of U.S. 70 & State Route 56, follow U.S. 70 west 5.6 miles to State Route 96 North (Dale Ridge Rd), turn right. Follow State Route 96 north 10.7 miles to Center Hill Dam, turn left just before the dam on State Route 141, travel 0.4 mile (less than 1/2 mile). Long Branch is located on the right at the bottom of the hill, adjacent to Center Hill Dam.

From I-40:  Exit 268 & follow State Route 96 (Buffalo Valley Rd) south 3.6 miles to the junction of State Route 141/96. Turn right and follow State Route 141/96 west 1.1 miles to Center Hill Dam, immediately after crossing the dam turn right on State Route 141 travel 0.4 mile (less than 1/2 mile). Long Branch is located on the right at the bottom of the hill, adjacent to Center Hill Dam.

From Smithville:  from the intersection of U.S. 70 & State Route 56 follow U.S. 70 (Sparta Hwy) east 7.1 miles to Ragland Bottom Rd.  (After crossing Sligo Bridge, the recreation area is 1.1 miles and will be the first road on the left at the top of the hill).
