As of 6 p.m. CST Sunday, Jan. 31, 2021, all helper boat operations in support of downstream cofferdam construction activities will cease due to substantial completion of the cofferdam at Kentucky Lock located at Tennessee River mile 22.4 in Grand Rivers, Kentucky. The concrete filled guard cell in the lower approach is fully functional and can be utilized by tows if needed.
