Feb. 9-10, 2021 - Registration deadline is Feb. 2, 2021
May 11-12 - Registration deadline is May 4, 2021
Oct. 19-20, 2021 - Registration deadline is Oct. 12, 2021
Dec. 7-8, 2021 - Registration deadline is Nov. 30, 2021
Location: The training is conducted at Cafeteria B in the Estes Kefauver Federal Building Annex located at 110 9th Avenue South, Nashville, TN, 37203.

Notes: Notes: Each class is normally limited to 36 students. However, due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements, classes will be limited to 12 students until social distancing requirements are changed. Students working on active Nashville District contracts AND working in the role of Quality Control Manager will be given priority.
The class will be occur over a two day period. Class will begin each day promptly at 08 a.m.. Class will end on day one between 3 and 3:30 p.m. Class will end on day two no later than 1 p.m.

No training materials or writing utensils will be provided at the class. Students are required to download and print the CQM training materials if they wish to utilize a hard copy of the material during class and shall bring their own pen or pencil for test taking. Students can also bring a laptop; however, internet is limited.
The Estes Kefauver Federal Building and Annex is a secure facility. All students will be required to pass through Security every time they enter the facility. The closest entrance to Cafeteria B is the 9th Avenue entrance to the facility. In accordance with COVID-19 requirements and unless otherwise noted, all students will be required to wear a face mask at all times when inside the federal building, including during the class. Additionally, anyone entering the federal building will be required to have their temperature taken. Those exhibiting above average temperature will not be allowed to enter the building.
Parking in downtown Nashville near the federal building is limited. Students are encouraged to arrive early to provide enough time to find a parking space and pass through security. The class starts promptly at 8 a.m.
