Fishing Creek Recreation Area has forty-eight (48) campsites with water and electric hook-ups. Many waterfront sites allow campers to tie their boat up on the shoreline next to their campsite. Campers visit this campground to fish, boat and camp near the water. The campsites will accommodate tents up to the largest RV’s. A designated swimming beach* (*due to low water levels, the beach is currently closed) and new playground are located in the day use area next to the campground. This recreation area is located just outside of Somerset, KY on Highway 1248 upstream of Lee’s Ford Marina Resort.
