at Old Hickory LakeCamping is allowed in designated camping areas
only. Corps of Engineers designated camping areas on Old Hickory are Cages
Bend and Cedar Creek Campgrounds.

Camping Reservations
You
can enjoy nationwide one-stop shopping for reservations at selected Federal
recreation facilities, including facilities of the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers and other Federal Facilities. Advanced campsite reservations are
recommended and can be made by calling toll free at
1-877-444-6777 or electronically on “the web” at
www.Recreation.gov.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Old Hickory Lake charges fees at
designated camping and day use areas. Current Golden Age/Access passport
holders or individuals possessing the new
America the Beautiful (ATB) Interagency Senior or Access Pass will receive a 50% discount on these fees.
Note: The Corps of Engineers will accept only the ATB Senior or Access Pass.
We will not honor the ATB Annual Pass or Volunteer Pass. The Corps of
Engineers will issue and honor the Corps Annual Pass.

Cages Bend Campground is located on Old Hickory Lake near
Hendersonville/Gallatin and Metropolitan Nashville. The campground
offers 43 sites with electric and water
hook-ups. Additional amenities
include hot showers, a dump station, a boat launch,
and laundry facilities.

Cedar Creek Campground is located on Old Hickory Lake just outside of
Metropolitan Nashville, TN, and near The Hermitage, which is the historical
home of President Andrew Jackson. The campground offers 59 sites with
electric and water hook-ups. Additional amenities include hot showers, dump
station, laundry facilities, picnic shelter, a playground, and boat launch.
