Chickamauga Lock at Tennessee River mile 471 in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is undergoing valve maintenance May 9-26, 2022. During this time, the lock is closing 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily with special consideration to commercial tows. This special consideration is intended to ensure a backlog of traffic does not build up at the lock and is at the discretion of the lockmaster.
