Coast Guard admiral tours Chickamauga Lock

Charles Ray, U.S. Coast Guard deputy commandant for Operations, on a tour above a coffer dam at Tennessee River mile 471 where excavation work is ongoing to remove 100,000 cubic yards of rock from the riverbed. Long explained that there have been about 130 blasts so far with about a third of the excavation work completed.
