The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District joined forces with the Southeastern Power Administration, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the Tennessee Valley Public Power Association, Inc., and their preference customers on June 27, at a ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Agreement in Chattanooga, Tenn.
